EU Sanctions Check ("we", "our", "the service") processes personal data only as strictly necessary to perform sanctions screening on your behalf. We do not store search queries, results, or personal data entered into the search form.
Data We Process
When you use the search form, you submit a first name, last name, and optionally a date of birth. This data is used solely to query the sanctions database and is not retained after the response is returned.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie ("lang") to remember your language preference (English or German). No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies are set.
Third-Party Data
Sanctions data is sourced from the EU Financial Sanctions File (EU FSF), published by the European Commission (DG FISMA). We do not share your search queries with the European Commission or any third party.
Your Rights
